Suits is an American TV series revolving around a riveting and exceptional lawyer and his street-smart prodigy. Harvey is one of top lawyers in the city and Mike is his associate and despite never having attended a law school and not being a member of the Bar. Season 1 Episode 1

Although this is the start of the whole series, it straightaway sets the pace for the rest of the show by telling us a bit about the characters (Mike Ross and Harvey Spector) and leads to them locked in a hotel room, where Mike's briefcase bursts open with marijuana. Harvey, impressed by his wit and knowledge overlooks this mishap along with the other candidates and hires Mike to his law firm.

We can sense their easy-going dynamic from the first episode itself. However, this episode culminates with mike blackmailing Harvey when he decides to fire him. Impressed by his shrewdness, Harvey decides to keep him around.

Season 4 Episode 10

Louis Litt is not the happiest person in Season 4. From losing his job and his woman, both in a short space of time has left him depressed and perpetually at home. On a visit to his place, Mike makes a slip up regarding Harvard prompting Louis to think that he never went there in the first place.

He later has a serious confrontation about this with Donna where he finds out the lie Mike has be living for 4 years. Already hurt and betrayed because of prior events, he is devastated at the fact that Donna would manipulate their relationship to keep Mike's secret.

Season 5 Episode 1

Prior to season 5, Donna gets accused of tampering with evidence and illegally obtaining the evidence in the derailment case. In fear of compromising Harvey and the case, she leaves him to work for louis and becomes his secretary. Harvey, devastated by this, tells her how he feels but inspite of that she leaves him.

This makes Harvey go into severe anxiety and we see a weak side of harvey for the first time in the show. He has panic attacks and starts seeing a psychologist to deal with his emotions.

Season 5 Episode 16

In the season finale, we see Mike not giving up any of the partners at Pearson Specter Litt and accepting Anita Gibbs' offer to go to prison. Harvey goes to the  jury foreman who tells him that the verdict would've been not guilty had Mike not accepted Anita Gibbs' offer. 

Instead of marrying Rachel, Mike goes to prison and the ending sohws us an empty Pearson Specter Litt office.

Season 6 Episode 16

Mike Ross is finally a lawyer! After 6 years of protecting, hiding and concealing his identity he's finally legit. Jessica plays a big role in this by testifying for Mike infront of Anita Gibbs and the Character and Fitness Committee about Mike's work and the benefit he's brought to Pearson Specter Litt. This seals the deal and Mike gets into the Bar.

Harvey prepares to take over control of the firm as Jessica is on the verge of leaving and suits himself for this new challenge.
