Here Is The First Poster For Irrfan Khan and Dulquer Salmaan Starrer Karwaan

The first poster of Irrfan Khan , Dulquer Salmaan and Mithila Palkar’s Karwaan has been released. While announcing the release date for the film, Dulquer tweeted a colourful first look that gives the audience an insight into the film’s theme.

Dulquer tweeted, “And finally we are happy to announce a release date for #Karwaan !! Coming to a cinema near you on August 10th !!! Cannot wait for you all to watch it.”

The light-hearted comedy will mark the debut of Marathi actor Mithila in Bollywood. She is known for her web series, Girl In The City and Little Things.

In Karwaan, Dulquer is expected to play the role of a Bangaluru-based person, and the shooting for the film took place in Ooty and Kochi predominantly. Reportedly, the travel film revolves around two strangers who meet during the course of a trip.

Dulquer is already an established name in the Malayalam film industry. In an earlier interview with PTI, he said, “I don’t think I want to play a big fancy lead role in Hindi films just for the sake of it. I would prefer to do interesting roles. If I get a memorable role, it would have a bigger impact than debuting as a lead in a film where nobody knows me.”

Irrfan Khan, film’s pivotal character, is currently outside the country for the treatment of neuroendocrine tumour.

Directed by Akarsh Khurana, Karwaan will hit the screens on August 10, 2018.
