Ant-Man: Paul Rudd likely to play lead role

The Great Gatsby star Paul Rudd is in talks with the makers of Ant-Man to play the male lead in the movie. The film will be a superhero flick, directed by Edgar Wright and produced by Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige. It is being said that the makers find Rudd a perfect guy to play the title lead in the film.

The film will be distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. The screenplay of the flick has been penned by Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish. Recently, Paul was spotted at an event and he was looking really fit and slim. Reports claim that the actor is preparing himself for the role in Ant-Man. A confirmation from the creators regarding Paul’s role in the movie is still awaited. The film is expected to be out on July 31, 2015.
