‘Intercourse’ Dialogue Chopped Off From Jab Harry Met Sejal
Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma’s Jab Harry Met Sejal is once again in the news. The reason this time is Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). If reports are to be believed, the word ‘intercourse’ has been chopped off from the movie, a day ahead of the release.
Earlier, CBFC didn’t approve of the word and considered it a vulgar exchange in the film. The trailer was granted ‘UA’ certificate on condition of deletion of the dialogue about the intercourse. The dialogue with the offensive ‘intercourse’ word has been now removed from the movie.
As per a source, “There is no mention of ‘intercourse’ in the dialogues. It’s gone. After the talk of curtailing creativity, Imtiaz Ali and Shah Rukh Khan finally decided to play the family card”. The flick releases on August 4.
