Daniel Craig's Return As Bond Confirmed?
New York Times has reported that Daniel Craig will once again return as Agent 007 in the next Bond film, slated for release in 2019. Ever since his last Bond film, ‘Spectre’, there have been speculations as to who will replace the actor as Daniel previously opted out of doing another Bond film. Looks like Daniel will be acting in his fifth Bond film.
Two people close to the team have stated that Daniel will surely be returning for the next film. “Mr Craig's return is a done deal”, is what they said. On the other hand, the details about international release dates, distribution partner and the cast are still pending and will be announced later.
The James Bond official Twitter handle made the announcement for the release, which read, “James Bond will return to US cinemas on November 8, 2019 with a traditional earlier release in the UK and the rest of the world.” Daniel’s first Bond film was ‘Casino Royale’ which came out in 2006. The upcoming flick will be the 25th film in the franchise.
