SRK Thinks That Imtiaz Ali's Direction Elements Resemble This Veteran Filmmaker's Work

Shah Rukh Khan will be next seen starring in Imitiaz Ali’s next flick. The upcoming movie will be a romantic drama. The king of romance will be working with the Jab We Met director for the first time in the movie titled as ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’.

The Dear Zindagi actor was recently praising Imitiaz Ali for his storytelling skills and said that the director’s habits such as travelling to exotic locations and adding Punjabi essence to his movies resembled to those of late director Yash Chopra. The 51-year-old actor revealed details about the upcoming movie that its love story that revolves around a tourist guide. Regarding the poster of the movie which resembles the 1989 Hollywood flick When Harry Met Sally’, SRK was quoted as saying, “It is a throwback to that. The film is not like that at all. ‘When Harry Met Sally‘ is perhaps one of the most revered love-stories… But this (‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’) is an unabashed love story”.

The movie stars Anushka Sharma as the lead actress. The movie has been shot at several exotic locations such as Prague, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Budapest. The movie is slated to hit the screens on August 4, 2017.
