The day when the answer to the much-hyped question, ‘Why did Kattappa kill Baahuabli’, is here! Multiplexes are packed, even when the ticket prices shot up and it’s the end of the month. Beyond question, Baahubali mania has gripped the entire nation.

‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ premiered in UAE yesterday and released worldwide today. The movie marks the biggest release in the history of Indian cinema as it hit 8000 screens across the country. According to reports, the second iteration of the epic historical fiction opened to a whopping occupancy of 95 percent in the morning shows across India. Isn’t that just too fantastic?

Trade expert Akshaye Rathi (film exhibitor and distributor) was quoted as saying, “The movie has started off to rocking collections. It is insane! Everywhere, across India, almost all the shows are Housefull. In a very long time we haven’t seen such a scenario during the morning shows. Virtually across India, the occupancy is 100 per cent barring a few places. So you can say it is around 90-95 per cent, which is insane during the morning shows”.
