Guess Which Bollywood Actress Has Replaced Deepika Padukone As The Face Of A Popular Brand?

Alia Bhatt has acted in a handful of films, but has carved a matchless place for her in the cinema industry. She recently won the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress for her remarkable role in Abhishek Chaubey’s ‘Udta Punjab’. A recent update about her reveals that Bhatt has bagged a deal with top brand luxury soap.

Interestingly, she has replaced Deepika Padukone for getting this deal. A source close to the development divulged, “While many big actresses including Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor has been associated with the brand, Deepika Padukone who is one of the top actors right now was the face of the brand. However, the brand associate wanted to bring some freshness and a relatively young face that connects with the teenage girls at a large level. Hence, the brand approached Alia and the actress readily agreed to be the face of the luxury soap.” 

Alia will be next seen in Karan Johar’s upcoming project ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ opposite Varun Dhawan in this film. After this, Bhatt will star in Ayan Mukerji's ‘Dragon’ alongside Ranbir Kapoor. Alia also has Zoya Akhtar's ‘Gully Boy’ in her kitty. She will pair up with Ranveer Singh in this forthcoming flick, which will feature Ranveer as a rapper.
