Nandita Shweta And Thambi Ramaiah Roped In For Arvind Swamy’s Vanangamudi
Arvind Swamy rose to fame with his power-house performances in Mani Ratnam’s Roja and Bombay and became everyone’s favourite. However, despite working in many super-duper hit films, he couldn’t make it big in the industry. The actor is now all geared up to team up with the director of his 1997 hit film Pudhayal.
The film, titled as Vanangamudi, will see him playing the role of a cop. While it was already reported that Ritika Singh will play the female lead along with Arvind as the male lead, actors Nandita Shweta and Thambi Ramaiah have also been roped in for pivotal roles in the film. The makers are yet to zero in other artists and technical crew members.
Reports added that the film will go on the floors on the 14th of this month. The movie is being helmed by Selva. On a related note, Arvind has completed shooting for the Tamil-Hindi remake of the Marathi film Kaksparsh and will start dubbing for it soon.
