Producer Suresh Kumar To Debut As An Actor Soon

After successfully producing movies for decades, veteran filmmaker Suresh Kumar has decided to try his acting skills. It will be for Ramaleela, in which Dileep plays the lead role. Dad of leading actress Keerthy Suresh was apprehensive at the beginning, when he was approached first.

"I was full of apprehensions when its scriptwriter Sachy sounded the idea to me. I had never been interested in acting though I have been in the industry for long. I took it as a joke but he took it seriously. However, after a few scenes in the set, I fell into the groove," said veteran producer.

He added, "It's a somewhat important character in the film. I completed five days and have a few more days left. I hope I don't get hooted,” Suresh said cheekily. Suresh will be playing the character of a politician in the flick, a Congress president with name Sagar Nagampadam.
