Directed by the late Rituparno Ghosh, Dosar saw Konkona in the shoes of a wife who discovers that her husband had an extra marital affair. As her image of the happy and perfect marriage crumbles and she contemplates divorce, she is also encounteres with the fact that she is not just a wife to her husband, but also a ‘dosar’ or an emotional companion. Konkona once again beautifully portrays this feeling of being torn between two emotions and shines in the movie!
