Yazh Gunasekaran’s ‘Theriyum Aana Theriyadhu’ Is All Set To Give Chill

After 10 years of hard work in the industry, Director Yazh Gunasekaran is all set for his upcoming thriller debut in Kollywood. Sanjay of Munthinam Paarthaney fame will be seen playing the lead role along with newbie Diya Nair in the film. Title of the film ‘Theriyum Aana Theriyadhu’ is the first thing that would strike everybody’s mind.

"The title reflects the society. We know what's happening around, but choose to ignore it. We know what is right and what is wrong, but we end up doing the wrong things despite knowing the consequences. In the end, one might gain experience over performing something or end up losing people. That's the crux of my film and we couldn't find a better title than this to explain what the film is all about,” said Gunasekaran, when he was asked about the title of the film.

The film has been predominantly shot in Munnar, Athirapally falls and forest area and in Kandanur tipped to be based on a racy thriller with plenty of twists and turns. "There are so many things that one can explore when it comes to a thriller. This one revolves around two people, who go on an alcohol overdrive, and end up committing murder! And they do not realise this when they get back to their senses. The story then follows their lives and narrates how the incident haunts them," Yazh says.
