This Popular Actor Lashes Out At A Leading Publication For Using Insensitive Headline For His Mother!

Dishy Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has been on a streak of success ever since he ventured into the film industry with 2012 romantic thriller ‘Ishaqzaade’. It’s a known fact that Arjun is the son of noted film producer Boney Kapoor and his first wife Mona Shourie Kapoor. Boney is now married to Sridevi and has two daughters, Janhvi and Khushi, with her. Recently, a news associated with Arjun’s mother was published by a leading publication and the actor just couldn’t keep his calm.

The publication published the news with an apparently unpleasant headline. The headline read, “Toh isliye Arjun Kapoor ko Chod kar Chali Gayi uski Maa”. Angry Arjun just couldn’t take it and took to Twitter to lash out at the publication. The actor tweeted, “I don't normally react to what's written about me but for a man who's lost his mother I find this headline highly distasteful & insensitive”.

Earlier, in an interview, Arjun has stated, “My mother was the nicest person in the world. I still have people coming to me to say how she was so warm, generous and kind-hearted. She never washed her dirty linen in public. She always maintained her equations with people. She had an equation with all the family members. She made a selfless choice by not shifting out of my grandparents’ house, as she wanted us to live with our family and having a wholesome environment. And we got so much love and care, which is what will sustain us for the rest of our lives”.

For the uninitiated, Arjun’s mother passed away due to a terminal illness in 2012. Time and again, the actor has shared his love for his mother on Instagram.
