Vijay Sethupathi Will Be Playing A Thug In Vikram Vedha

Actor Vijay Sethupathi has teamed up with director duo Pushkar and Gayathri for their next project. The movie has been titled ‘Vikram Vedha’ and, according to sources, will have Sethupathi play the role of a goon. The shooting started on November 16th and reportedly, the first schedule has been completed.

This will not be the first time the Rekka actor plays a thug. Last year, he led the cast of ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’ where he also played a goon. In the film, his role had a comedic nature to it. This time around, he may or may not be reprising a similar character. Only time will tell if Sethupathi will play a real thug in the film.

It is expected that the second schedule will commence from November 28. It will take place in North Chennai. The cast includes R. Madhavan, who will be making a comeback with the film, Kathir, John Vijay and Shraddha Srinath. The movie is being produced by Y NOT Studios and Sam C.S. will be giving the music for it.
