Vishnu Vishal To Play Cop In Mundasupatti Director Ram’s Next

Actor Vishnu Vishal, who shot to fame essaying the role of a young fisherman in Seenu Ramasamy’s 2012 drama flick ‘Neerparavai’, is indeed a youth sensation of Kollywood. He will soon be seen alongside Sri Divya in an upcoming period drama ‘Maaveeran Kittu’, which is helmed by filmmaker-screenwriter Suseenthiran of ‘Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu’ fame. The flick is scheduled to hit big screens on December 1.

The latest we hear about the actor is that he will now portray the role of a police officer. Yes! An upcoming project of filmmaker Ram of Mundasupatti fame will feature Vishnu wearing khaki uniform. Touching upon the flick, Vishnu was quoted as saying, “It's going to be a very interesting project. Although I can't divulge much information at this moment, I know for a fact that this film will stand out”.

The yet-to-be titled film is expected to kick off on November 29. The crime thriller will be bankrolled by Axess Film Factory. Music composer Ghibran will render the background score for the flick. The female lead will be played by Amala Paul.
