Akshay Kumar Has Booked 15th August 2018 With THIS Exciting Project With Farhan Akhtar & Team!

This year’s Box Office king Akshay Kumar has decided that Independence Day is what that suits him the best. After creating enough noise with Rustom this year, he had already booked next year’s Independence day with Neeraj Pandey’s Crack. And if this wasn’t enough, the actor has booked the Independence Day of 2018 as well.

Yes, the big news just came in a few moments ago when Mr. Khiladi treated his fans with another nationalistic film announcement. The title of the film is Gold and is based on India’s first gold medal victory in Olympics as an independent nation for Hockey. As exciting as it sounds, this one again promises to take us back to the time when India had just become an independent country.

As far as we can brush up our memories and think of how India won the gold at Olympics, it was Kishen Lal who captained India to that famous victory. Now whether Akshay Kumar would play him has not yet been revealed. More interestingly, this will be the first time he will collaborate with Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment that is producing the movie. Gold will be directed by the talented Reema Kagti, who last directed the Aamir Khan starrer Talaash in 2012.

While stars like Aamir, Shah Rukh, Hrithik and Salman are taking enough measures before signing a film, Akshay Kumar is signing movies at a rapid rate one after the other. Will this prospect prove itself to be the GOLD at box office? We’ll find that out on 15^th August 2018!
