Are Reports Of Deepika Padukone Pairing Up With Harshvardhan Kapoor Not True?

B-town was abuzz with rumours that film industry’s newest talent and Anil Kapoor’s son Harshvardhan Kapoor will be sharing the screen space with Deepika Padukone in Sriram Raghavan’s next. Quashing the hearsay, a source recently divulged that the reports are nothing but speculations. The source claimed that the actress who will be starring opposite Harshvardhan in the upcoming thriller is definitely not Deepika.

“These are mere speculations”, the source stated, adding “There’s time for the film to happen. Harsh will finish Bhavesh Joshi first. So this film won’t begin anytime soon. He has not cast any heroine opposite Harsh yet. And it’s definitely not Deepika”.

The source also revealed that Sriram is in talks with Deepika for another project. “Sriram and Deepika are in talks for another film, which is the film adaptation of Vikas Swarup’s The Accidental Apprentice. Nothing much has happened on that front as well because Deepika’s dates are choc-a-bloc currently”, the source added.

And we were thinking Harshvardhan could get lucky to pair up with one of the most desirable actresses of Bollywood. Well, probably down the line, he might. For now, the actor is all set to be seen opposite Saiyami Kher in ‘Mirzya’, which will hit big screens on October 7.
