Renee Zellweger Was Scared Of Returning To Films
After a hiatus of six years from film acting, Renee Zellweger made her comeback this year with thriller film ‘The Whole Truth’. The actress is also set to be seen soon in 'Bridget Jones's Baby', which is helmed by Sharon Maguire. Recently, the actress revealed that she was quite nervous while returning to the spotlight after a long gap.
Talking about her part in her next, Renee said, “Especially since I love this character and didn't want to disappoint anybody. I always feel a slight twinge of impostor syndrome when I go to work - it's an ever-present sentiment for me that I'll be thinking, 'OK, this is the time I'm going to be discovered and fired' - and after being away for so long, it was strong this time”.
"But from the moment I read the script, I was reminded of how much I love Bridget and how much I love her family and her friends, so once I'd gotten past my fear, it was a very happy experience”, Renee added. 'Bridget Jones's Baby' is a romantic comedy scheduled for release on September 16 in the United Kingdom. The movie also stars Colin Firth.
