‘Akira Pushed Me In Lot Of Ways’, Says Sonakshi Sinha

Actress Sonakshi Sinha has been lately in the news for her upcoming action-thriller, Akira. The Dabangg girl is awesome with her punch lines and her action in the trailer. As per the reports, she worked out extensively for the action sequences and believes that the flick came to her at the right time of her career.

While talking to PTI, she said, “Akira pushed me in lot of ways that I have not been pushed before. It has been very challenging and it has been a fantastic experience. I’m really happy that it came to me at this point of time in my life and career when I was looking to do something like that”.

The A R Murugadoss directorial portrays the Tevar actress as a female protagonist and Anurag Kashyap as the baddie. The film will see Sonakshi doing some hard core action sequences. It is remake of Tamil film Mouna Guru.
