Akhil Gets Taunted By Rana On Stage At SIIMA Awards 2016

Akhil Akkineni, who is in the news over his love life, the actor was ragged at a recent event by none other than Baahubali star Rana Daggubati. The latter took a dig at Akhil by asking about his age and wondering why he was so keen on marriage. It has been confirmed that the actor has found his lady love in Shriya Bhupal.

It started off, when Rana asked Akhil, about his age, while he was on stage to collect his Best Debut Award at SIIMA 2016. To which, Akhil replied, 22. The star then took a subtle punch by saying that he is 32 and thought of marriage hasn’t crossed his mind, unlike his immediate marriage plans.

He pointed out in the audience and said, “Look at that Bunny (Allu Arjun) over there — the day he got married, he forgot all of us his friends. Will you also forget your friends...?" Akhil replied back, this time with a cheeky answer, "But you aren't my friend, are you...?"  This led everyone to hysterical laugh, including Rana as well.
