Sarrainodu Corsses Rs. 125 Crore Mark

Boyapati Srinu’s ‘Sarrainodu’ has been in theatres for 50 days now and has pooled in Rs. 125 crore worldwide. The movie stars Allu Arjun, Catherine Tresa and Rakul Preet Singh in leading roles. It initially got mixed reviews from the critics but that does not seem to have affected the sales. Good news for the ‘Sarrainodu’ team.

According to IANS, trade analyst Trinath stated, “While the Telugu version grossed Rs 119 crore, the film's Malayalam dubbed version collected another Rs 6 crore. The film completed its 50-day run in 115 centres across Andhra and Telangana. It has emerged as the biggest hit in the career of Allu Arjun”. He also stated that the movie never intended to strike a chord with the critics.

‘Sarrainodu’ has been produced by Allu Aravind. S. Thaman has provided the music for the flick and Rishi Punjabi has handled the cinematography. The cast also includes Srikanth, Aadhi, Suman, Jayaprakash and Saikumar, along with others.
