Vijay To Fight Jagapati Babu In ‘Vijay 60’
Though Mahendran is seen for some seconds in the trailer of ‘Theri’, but he looks promising and terrifying as the villain in the Atlee directorial. Nowadays, the antagonist should be at par or even more powerful than the hero in the film. The audiences enjoy watching a strong and charismatic villain. Reportedly, Vijay’s next film will have an influential villain.
Reports suggest that Jagapati Babu has been roped in by director Bharathan to play the baddie in ‘Vijay 60’. The veteran actor has earlier played the bad guy in Vikram’s 'Thaandavam' and Rajinikanth’s ‘Lingaa’. He was recently lauded for playing villain in Jr. NTR’s last offering ‘Nannaku Prematho’.
Reportedly, Daniel Balaji has also been brought on board to play the villain in the yet-to-be titled venture. However, an official confirmation is awaited. Keerthy Suresh plays the female lead and speculations are rife that two more leading ladies will be roped in for the film. Santhosh Narayanan will score the music for the film and the project is expected to commence from June.
