British star Daniel Craig has become the highest paid James Bond ever. The 44-year-old actor is believed to be getting 31 million pounds to return as 007 in two more films – a deal which will make Craig the best-paid Bond to date.

The worldwide box office success of 2012 movieSkyfall, which had Craig reprising his role as the iconic British spy for the third time, is also one of the reasons behind the huge jump in the actor’s salary, the Daily Mail reported.ForSkyfall, Craig was paid a whopping 10.7 million pounds.
