Stephany Folsom Joins Thor: Ragnarok Team

The Hollywood Reporter has reported that Marvel has roped in Stephany Folsom, known for her 2013 Black List script, for the next instalment in the Thor franchise, Thor: Ragnarok. The movie will be the final part of the Thor trilogy.

Ragnarok will follow the events of Thor: The Dark World which ended with Loki taking the Asgardian throne, disguised as Odin. Recent reports have also confirmed that Mark Ruffalo will be reprising his role as the Hulk in the movie and will have a pivotal role. Details about the storyline are scarce but it is speculated that the movie will not feature Asgard or Earth.

Directed by Taika Waititi, the movie will hit theatres on November 3, 2017. Kevin Feige, president of Marvel, will be producing the film. Chris Hemsworth will be returning as Thor along with Tom Hiddleston as Loki. Jaimie Alexander will play the role of Lady Sif.
