T.K. Rajeev Kumar To Direct Kamal Haasan’s Next

Kamal Haasan turns 60 today and has seen a glorious career in the industry. It was recently confirmed that Kamal's next will have the actor share screen space with Amala and Zarina Wahab. He also stated that the movie will be shot in U.S. What was uncertain about the film, the director, but now it has been reported that T.K. Rajeev Kumar will be directing Kamal’s next.

Thoongavanam director Rajesh M. Selva revealed the news about the director in an interview with Indiaglitz. Kamal Haasan and T.K.Rajeev Kumar have previously worked on Chanakyan which was a critically acclaimed Malayalam thriller. The title for the film has not been decided yet.

Kamal is currently preparing for the release of Thoongavanam. It will hit theatres on November 10. The actor also revealed that he would be interested in playing Ravana if any director comes up with a film involving the character in the future. Details about Kamal’s next are still sketchy but reports have stated that the movie will have a young actress as well.
