Nimrat in Gujarat to promote The Lunchbox

Actress Nimrat Kaur, who rose to fame with The Lunchbox, seems to be happy nowadays. With her exceptional performance, the lady managed amaze global audience at various international film festivals. The actress is currently in Gujarat to promote the screening of her movie on the Valentine's Day on television.

Talking about her love for Gujarati cuisine, Nimrat said, "I have been to Ahmedabad a couple of times earlier but never really got a chance to explore the city. This time also I went to Vadodara before coming to Ahmedabad, but it was again a short trip. I would love to spend some more time in the city and explore Gujarati cuisine as I am myself a foodie."

The romantic flick starring Irrfan Khan, Nimrat Kaur and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles released on September 20, 2013. Directed by Ritesh Batra and produced by Guneet Monga, Anurag Kashyap, and Arun Rangachari, The film was screened at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival as well as the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival.
