Priyanka Chopra Reveals She Had To Be Sewn Into Her Roberto Cavalli Gown For Cannes 2019; Here's What Happened

Priyanka Chopra knows how to bedazzle the world with her confidence and smile whenever she steps on the red carpet. The actress however decided to break a few myths and revealed that during her 2019 Cannes appearances where she was wearing a shimmering Roberto Cavalli gown and making heads turns she was ‘freaked out on the inside’.

The look was one of Priyanka’s most memorable ones on a red carpet and from the pictures that went viral one can hardly make out that there was even a zilch of discomfort. The actress however reveals that right ahead of her red carpet appearance delicate zipper to the strapless gown broke and her team worked their magic while she was on the way to the film festival.

On social media, Priyanka shared the look and alonsie it wrote, “I may look chill on the outside here, but little did everyone know I had just been freaking out on the inside. ? The delicate zipper to this vintage @roberto_cavalli dress broke as they were zipping it up minutes before I had to leave for the red carpet at Cannes last year. The solution? My amazing team had to sew me into the dress on the way in the 5 minute car ride!”

Well, she certainly did make up for any wardrobe deficiencies with her ten on ten confidence and attitude.
