Fighter: Hrithik Roshan- Deepika Padukone Starrer To Be Made With A Massive Budget Of Rs. 250 Crores?

Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone are teaming up for the first time ever. This news itself is exciting enough to make up super impatient, and the fact that director Siddharth Anand would be helming it makes it even better. The film has been titled Fighter. Now, we have learnt another detail about it that would make you want to see it as soon as possible!

If the latest report in Pinkvilla is to be believed, then the film would have a supermassive budget. “Sid is planning to make it on a budget of Rs 250 crore, thereby making it one of the costliest and biggest action films to have come out of Bollywood. The Hindi film industry has not seen big scale action thriller against the backdrop of Indian Airforce for a while now, and that’s exactly the space that Hrithik and Sid are trying to explore,” a source told the portal.

Talking more about the film, the same source added, “Siddharth and Hrithik have been planning to make Fighter for a while now, in fact, it’s a subject they were supposed to collaborate on before War. It’s a big scale areal action thriller, with Hrithik playing the character of an air force pilot for the first time in his career. Sid has envisioned the story on a massive scale, with areal fight scenes, chases and a lot more, backed with a storyline with the undercurrent of nationalism, romance and emotions.”

Hrithik and Siddharth had earlier come together for Bang Bang and War, both of which were massive and the latter was the biggest hit of 2019. We have our hope pinned on this one!
