Saroj Khan's Daughter Wants Janhvi Kapoor To Play Sridevi In Mother's Biopic, Shares An Update Of The Same

Saroj Khan is among one of those celebs who this cruel year took away from us. However, it has been promised that her fans, and everyone in the world, would be able to witness her journey and life unfold on the silver screen. Remo D'Souza had said that he would be making the film, and it looks like once the choreographer turned director is back from the hospital, he would do some work on this project! Now, Saroj Khan's daughter Sukaina has opened up about it.

She has, in an interview with TOI, revealed that Remo hasn't really shown her the script but she has to see it before something on her mother is made. She said, "He'll need my permission. It's my mother's biopic. At the moment he's unwell and getting back to fitness. I wish him a speedy recovery. Why I need to give my nod of consent to the film is also because I want to see my mother's life on celluloid covering every aspect of her."

She also opened up that Madhuri Dixit and Sridevi's characters would have to be a part of the film and even though she is not sure who should play Madhuri, she has decided who should be cast as Sridevi. She said, "I would be really disappointed if Madhuri didn't do the film. But there's only one person who can get into Sridevi's shoes- her daughter Janhvi. She's so much like her."

Well, it already sounds so interesting and we can hardly keep calm. We hope the film gets made soon.
