Deepika Padukone Accepts Drugs Chats, Shraddha Kapoor Says She Saw Sushant Singh Rajput Consume Drugs

Actress Deepika Padukone has been in the limelight for the last few days, after her name cropped in the Bollywood drug case when her WhatsApp chats from 2017 surfaced in the public domain. The actress who was shooting for Shakun Batra’s directorial in Goa flew down to Mumbai after summons were sent to her. 

Today at 10 AM Deepika reported to the NCB office where she is currently being grilled by the officers of the Narcotics Control Bureau. And now, according to India Today, the Padmavat actress has accepted that she was indeed involved in the drug chats. 

AajTak reported, Deepika stated this chat group was created to call for ‘doob’ in her circle. She also explained that ‘Doob’ means ‘filled cigarettes’. Padukone is being grilled by a 5-member team at the NCB office in Mumbai. The report further states that she did not quite answer any other questions pertaining to the chats.  

In the chats, Deepika was seen allegedly asking for ‘Maal’ and ‘Hashish’, and therefore according to Aaj Tak the NCB is not fully satisfied with Deepika’s answers. 

Meanwhile, ABP News reported, Shraddha Kapoor who is also being questioned by the NCB officials stated that she had been privy to actor Sushant Singh Rajput consuming drugs in his vanity van but she also denied consuming drugs herself.
