Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor Shares Update On Abhinav Bindra Biopic, Feels That The Film Will Be A ‘Game Changer’

Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor had made his debut four years back with Mirziya, however, he has worked in only two films through these years.  His last film, Bhavesh Joshi Superhero, hailed to do well commercially but has been heaped with praises ever since it released on online platforms. The actor’s next big project is the Abhinav bindra biopic and despite it being announced some three years back, we haven’t really gotten any updates on it. Now, the actor has himself shared more details about the film.

Talking to Mumbai Mirror, he said that the film is still on a scripting level and the prep might begin by the end of this year while it will go on floors next year. He added that he is focusing on talking to his writer and director to understand their vision. Harsh Varrdhan added, “ I haven’t been able to reach to the conventional Hindi film audience yet, but this film will be a game changer.”

The actor also has other projects lined up. He further revealed that he would be sharing screen with his father Anil Kapoor in Anurag Kashyap’s period thriller set in Rajasthan called AK vs AK. He is also hopeful that there might be a sequel to Bhavesh Joshi superhero, now that it got good reviews after its release online. But does it not bother him that he is not a star yet? To that, Harsh Varrdhan had an interesting answer. “I didn’t become an actor to be India’s biggest star. I knew that my path would be different from others. Besides, I am still in my 20s; I have time.”
