A recent report in Bollywood Life suggests that he has only 10 days of shoot left. By August 2020, he will begin prepping for Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. That’s right! The family drama, also featuring Pooja Hegde and Ayush Sharma, will go on floors sooner than expected. A source close to the development shared, “There’s a beautiful mature love story between the two characters, and Pooja’s track acts as the catalyst to the plot.”

A remake of the Tamil blockbuster Thala Ajith's Veeram, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is being directed by Farhad Samji. An earlier report in Pinkvilla had revealed, “Salman Khan starrer Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali will have three other actors play Salman’s brother. Asim has been offered the role to play one of the brothers.”
