Bhangra Paa Le Actor Sunny Kaushal On Brother Vicky Kaushal: I Am Just So Proud Of What He Has Achieved

The handsome and very talented Sunny Kaushal is currently on cloud 9 thanks to all the love his recent release Bhangra Paa Le received from the audience. Also starring Rukshar Dhillon, the comedy drama has been directed by debutant Sneha Taurani and produced by Ronnie Screwvala. Sunny has played a double role in the film of two individuals from different generations who are connected through bhangra, a popular traditional dance form.

In a recent chat with Deccan Chronicle, Sunny opened up about his brother Vicky Kaushal who is one of the most sought-after actors in the Hindi film industry. He shared, “Vicky and I have our own journey.  I am just so proud of what Vicky has achieved. Our father is a self-made man, so is Vicky. I am happy to go along with whatever destiny has in store. I’ve been a struggler since 2016, and I will continue to struggle if I have to.”

Talking about his film, the actor revealed, “It wasn’t easy getting the role and preparing for it.” Sunny went on to add, “Being from a Punjabi family, I was familiar with bhangra. Every year, Vicky and I would be taken by our father (action director Sham Kaushal) to our roots in Punjab, where bhangra is a way of life.”

Bhangra Paa Le was initially scheduled to release on 1^st November last year, but it got delayed and later hit theatres on 3^rd January 2020. The year sure began with a big bang for the star cast.
