It is not just the rushed direction and choppy writing, but the constant continuity errors in the show are making us feel like the makers have lost all interest and are just rearing to get to the conclusion quickly.

After the Starbuck cup showing up in the last week’s episode, now Jaime Lannister seems to have grown his severed hand back in the latest episode. Seconds before he and Cersei meets their hand, he is seen hugging Cersei and his hand that was cut off by Locke in the third season, can be seen clearly.
