Salman Khan Might Have Just Made The Impossible Happen By Patching Things Up between Sunil Grover And Kapil Sharma

Former colleagues Sunil Grover and Kapil Sharma, who had a bitter falling out after a public brawl, might reunite on the Kapil Sharma Show, thanks to Salman Khan.

Salman, who is producing the current season of comedy show also worked with Sunil in his upcoming film opposite Katrina Kaif - Bharat. An Asian Age report quoted a source as saying, “Salman wanted Sunil Grover back on The Kapil Sharma Show so that it could go a notch higher. He has a way with his co-stars and the people he works with cannot refuse him for the man he is. Not only will he be getting Sunil along to promote Bharat on The Kapil Sharma Show but he will also be getting them to work again. It has not been an easy process considering the kind of issues Sunil and Kapil have had. While Kapil is keen to get Sunil back, Sunil has not been too keen to come back because his film career also saw an upsurge post his exit from the show.”

Apparently, this is not the first time Salman tried to patch things up between the two. Earlier in December 2018, Sunil had said, “Salman sir is producing that show. My own dates would have clashed (with Kapil’s show) as I am doing a film with Salman sir. This show that I am doing for Star Plus fitted in the window that I had. But he (Salman) did speak to me briefly about it (bringing the two of us together). We had a very casual chat about it but nothing much.”

Sunil had quit the show after an infamous fight with Kapil in 2017. With the latest season of The Kapil Sharma Show enjoying good TRPs, Kapil is currently enjoying a second lease of life in his career.
