Tara may not regularly post pictures of her workouts on Instagram, but when she does, her routines are definitely worth bookmarking.
While Sutaria does not enjoy lifting weights, she does enjoy dancing and pilates. She said, “ I dance, and, sometimes, I like to do Pilates,”
Sutaria runs or jogs when she can't catch her routine. She stretches in hills or jogs in scenic spots while traveling or shooting.
She strongly recommends including Pilates in your routine. Pilates appears to be one of the her favorite exercises due to its elongating and strengthening effects.
Because the gym is not an option, Tara performs her exercise routines in the comfort of her own home with some yoga.
