Dircted by Pan Nalin, the film is about Indian women finding their hearts and loosing their heads. It got banned for hurting religious sentiments.  

Angry Indian Goddesses-Netflix

The Anurag Kashyap directorial follows the events that led to the 1993 Bombay blasts and the subsequent police investigation.

Black Friday- Disney+Hotstar

Directed by Rahul Dholakia, the film traces the journey of the Pithawala family while searching their missing son after the 28 February 2002 Gulbarg Society massacre.

Parzania- Disney+Hotstar

The film deals with the same gender love and features Shiv Panditt and Dhruv Ganesh in lead roles. The 2015 film never got released in theatres. 

Loev-Netflix

The Anurag Kashyap directorial, loosely based on the infamous 1976–77 Joshi-Abhyankar serial murders in Pune was objected for its violence.

Paanch-Mubi

The Raj Amit Kumar directorial not only deals with same-gender love story but also has terrorism angle to it. The 2014 film was refused by CBFC for public release.
