'Ye wo Gucci wala bag haina' : Netizens guess Nikki Tamboli carrying bag gifted by conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar

The investigation into the Rs 200 crore extortion case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar has found that four actresses have met him in Tihar Jail and were given money and expensive gifts. After Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi, Chahatt Khanna and Nikki Tamboli 's names have cropped up. According to reports, all these actresses were given expensive gifts of renowned brands such as Gucci, Versace, and Louis Vuitton. Recently, Nikki was spotted at Mumbai airport carrying a handbag, noticing that netizens claimed that it is the same bag gifted to her by the conman Sukesh.

A video has surfaced on the internet that shows Nikki wearing a black tracksuit and holding a black-colored handbag. She completed her look with a pair of sports shoes and kept her straight hair open. Soon after, a section of people took to the comment section to take a jibe at her involvement in the said extortion case. While one user wrote, “Aa gayi Tihar se”. Another commented, “Ye vo Gucci wala bag haina.” One of the netizens also stated, “Dhyaaaaan se dekhiyee, yahi hai wo Gucci ka bag,” and another added, “Ye wahi purse h kya jo sukesh ne diya.” Take a look at the video:

Reportedly, Nikki received cash of whopping Rs 3.5 lakh along with a Gucci bag. The report furthermore stated that the woman had gone to meet Sukesh in Tihar Jail in Delhi through his associate Pinky Irani. “During the first meeting in April 2018, the accused Pinky Irani received an amount to the tune of ₹10 lakh in cash from Sukesh Chandrasekhar, out of which she gave cash to the tune of Rs. 1.5 lakh to Nikita Tamboli. On the second occasion, after two to three weeks of her first meeting, she went alone to meet Sukesh Chandrasekhar where she was given cash to the tune of ₹2 lakh and one Gucci Bag by the accused Sukesh Chandrasekhar,” stated the charge sheet by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) according to India Today. Meanwhile, Sukesh is currently serving his sentence in Tihar Jail and has up to 10 shocking criminal extortion cases lodged against him.
