Unlike Sunil Grover, Sapna aka Krushna Abhishek will return to The Kapil Sharma Show? Here’s what we know

It was heartbreaking for fans when one of the most iconic comic pairs of television, Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover parted ways after a tiff on a plane. We all missed Sunil as Guthi and Rinku Bhabi on The Kapil Sharma Show and hoped he would make a comeback. Well, we were equally shocked last year when after Sunil, Kapil’s show lost another good comedian-- the very talented Krushna Abhishek . Buzz suggested that Krushna’s exit was due to monetary issues. But much to our delight, recent reports have revealed that Krushna is now in talks with the makers about returning to the comedy show!

A few months ago Krushna had shared that he missed Kapil and the show and hoped to come back. Well, a report shared by Pinkvilla has revealed that it’s most probably happening. A source in the know was quoted saying, “The conversation is going on and both the parties are keen to collaborate once again. Krushna is an important part of the TKSS family and they would love to have him back on the show. However, the papers haven’t been signed yet. Once they figure out the nitty gritties, the producers and the channel will make an official announcement.”

Now that is quite exciting! Krushna’s presence had definitely played a part in taking the comedy show to new heights. His stage characters like Sapna Laal Sharma owner of Sapna Beauty Parlor, Jaggu Dada and Dharmendra’s mimic made a place in our hearts and never failed to tickle our funny bone. It will truly be a delight to see Krushna and Kapil together in The Kapil Sharma Show again.

Krushna was last seen as the host of Bigg Buzz, which was a special segment of Salman Khan’s beloved reality show Bigg Boss season 16. He not only interviewed evicted contestants but also joined the superstar host on stage sometimes.
