Tunisha Sharma death: TV star not pregnant with Sheezan's child, died due to suffocation by hanging
Earlier, a report was circulating on the internet claiming that Tunisha was pregnant with co-star Sheezan Mohammed Khan’s child.
Tunisha Sharma ’s death has sent a shocking wave in the entertainment industry. The 20-year-old actress hanged herself in the washroom on the sets of her serial, Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul on December 24. Earlier, a report was circulating on the internet claiming that the actress was pregnant with co-star Sheezan Mohammed Khan ’s child. Well, the report turned out to be untrue after the body went for postpartum at JJ Hospital in Mumbai.
Earlier in the day, Sheezan was arrested on the charges of abetment of suicide lodged against him by Tunisha’s mother. Following this, it was alleged that the actress was expecting a child with him, and committed suicide because he refused to marry her. Well, the recent postpartum report rubbished it by confirming that Tunisha was not pregnant and that she passed away due to suffocation after hanging. There were no injury marks found on her body, as per India Today report.

Following Tunisha’s mother's complaint, Sheezan has been sent to 4-day police custody by Vasai court. As per reports, Mumbai police have no evidence against him as yet. Also, no suicide note was found where Tunisha ended her life. According to the latest reports, Tunisha's body was to be handed over to her family members around 11 am on Sunday. However, it has now been postponed to Monday, hence the cremation will be done on December 26 now.
Meanwhile, Tunisha played the role of Shehzaadi Mariam in the SAB TV show Ali Baba: Daastan-E- Kabul. The actress went to the washroom on a tea break where she hanged herself. After she did not come out for a long time, the police had break open the door. The crew took her to the hospital where she was declared dead. Besides Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul, the actress was also seen in Ishq Subhan Allah, Sher-e-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh, Gabbar Poonchwala, and Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat.
