Tunisha Sharma death: Late actress had asked friend to lend her Rs 3000, told Sheezan Khan needs space from their relationship

The investigation surrounding 20-year-old actress Tunisha Sharma ’s death is currently underway. Her Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul co-star and ex-boyfriend Sheezan Khan is under judicial custody for alleged abetment to suicide in the case. Now, in the latest development, Sharma’s actress friend Sonia Singh has made some new revelations. Sonia had said that the late actress used to undergo financial crisis and had requested some money. Apart from this, Tunisha also made some demotivating statements about her relationship with Sheezan with her friend.

Talking to Aaj Tak, Sonia said, “Tunisha would call me whenever she was free. For the past few days, she was troubled and we spoke less in December. When we met on December 14, she claimed that Sheezan had said he needed some space and did not like me talking about love all the time. I explained that such things happen in a relationship. Tunisha often would not have money. Very recently, she asked me to lend her ₹3000 and I asked her what had happened that she did not even have the amount.”

Apart from this, Sonia Singh also said that Tunisha Sharma had called her up a day before her death (December 23) telling her to convey to her mother Vanita Sharma that they are together if at all the latter tries to contact her. Singh also spoke about the late actress’ close bond with Sheezan Khan’s family. The actress said, “Tunisha had started considering Sheezan’s family her own. She would call them Ammi and Appi, which sounded okay to me because she was considering the family of the one she loved as her own.”

Sheezan Khan’s family held a press conference recently wherein they rubbished all the allegations charged against the actor by Tunisha’s mother. They instead accused the late actress’ mother to be negligent and harsh with her daughter. Tunisha Sharma’s mother Vanita Sharma has reportedly left her Mira Road flat overnight amidst the police investigation. It has also been reported that Tunisha’s show Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul will continue but the late actress will not be replaced from it.
