The Kapil Sharma Show: Rajkummar & Bhumi promote Badhaai Do with a rap; Kapil joins them for a jamming session
Badhaai Do co-stars Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar will grace The Kapil Sharma Show this weekend.
The very talented Bhumi Pednekar and Rajkummar Rao are currently busy on a promotional spree for their upcoming and much-awaited film Badhaai Do . Bhumi will be seen as a physical education teacher in the movie, whereas Raj has played the role of a cop. Well, the two actors recently made a pit stop on The Kapil Sharma Show. While the episode will air on TV this weekend, makers have been sharing exciting promos to give fans a sneak peek of all the fun coming their way. In a teaser uploaded earlier this week, Bhumi revealed that each time she wears a saree on Kapil’s show, her films do well.
Well, according to the latest promo of this weekend’s episode, Bhumi and Rajkummar will leave the audience in awe with their hidden talent. The two will break into a rap song to promote their comedy drama. Kapil will begin by giving them a hilarious introduction, describing their voice as ‘makhmali’. Raj and Bhumi will then rap about their film as well as their characters. But that’s not all! Kapil will later take the mike to join them and the rap song will soon turn into a jamming session with the three of them passionately singing Jaane Ja Dhoondta Phir Raha.
This episode of The Kapil Sharma Show will be full of comedy, music and love, which is the word written all over Bhumi’s gorgeous saree. We are as excited about it as we are for Rajkummar and Bhumi’s film. Helmed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni, Badhaai Do follows the story of two individuals who decide to enter a marriage of convenience instead of coming out to their families. The film will arrive in theatres on 11th February, which is this Friday.
