'Shiv Thakare is leading the pack': Rohit Shetty tries new trend with Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 gang, netizens react

The much-awaited adventure reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi season 13 is currently being shot in South Africa with host Rohit Shetty and a new set of contestants. On Thursday, the filmmaker followed the ‘all eyes on me’ trend with the contestants, and Shiv Thakare’s fans are overjoyed. It so happened that the video started with Rohit giving a high-five only to the Bigg Boss 16 runner-up and posing for the photos later.

Taking to his Instagram, Rohit shared the video with the caption that read, “When the Khiladis make you follow the trend…Khatron Ke Khiladi season 13…” Soon after the video went online, netizens spammed the comment section with their reactions. One of the users wrote, “Shiv and Rohit finally met. Fun banters loading…” The second user wrote, “Can already see how Shiv Thakare is leading the pack.” “Shiv Thakare - The TRP factor of KKK13,” read a comment. “Ahhhhh waiting for #ShivThakare and Rohit sir conversations,” read another comment. “Rohit Shetty X Shiv Thakare ab to baaki sabko khatra hai.”added one of the netizens. Well, it seems like Shiv has already stolen the limelight and his fans could not contain the excitement.

Besides Shiv, the contestants who are part of the upcoming seasons include Ronit Bose Roy, Daisy Shah, Anjali Anand, Archana Gautam, Anjum Fakih, Ruhi Chaturvedi, Aishwarya Sharma, Arjit Taneja, Sheezan Khan, Rashmeet Kaur, Soundous Moufakir, Nyrraa Banerji and Dino James. The contestants are bonding together as they have been sharing pictures and reels from the shoot. Reportedly, the first round of the elimination has taken place and reportedly two contestants have been evicted. However, there is no official confirmation of the same.

Bankrolled by Endemol Shine India, Khatron Ke Khiladi 13, is set to premiere on Colors channel soon. “Hosting Khatron Ke Khiladi each year is something that I absolutely enjoy. With season 13 we are going into the wild with a jungle theme and the ultimate rule of the jungle is – the survival of the fittest and the bravest," Rohit said in a statement. Meanwhile, besides the show, he is geared up for his upcoming web series Indian Police Force which features Sidharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberoi.
