Shark Tank India emerged as a one of a kind entrepreneurial reality show on TV and fans are already looking forward to the second season. However, apart from showcasing the nation’s entrepreneurial talent, the bonding of the sharks on the show who were seen investing in these start-ups is also been a big talking point.

Five sharks of the show Vineeta Singh, Peyush Bansal, Namita Thapar , Anupam Mittal , and Aman Gupta sat down post the wrap up of the first season on Shark Tank India and spoke about their bond and experience of judging fresh talent on the show as India’s celebrated start-up founders who have seen immense success.

During the discussion with host Abhish Mathew, shark Namita Thappar was asked to react to the now viral ‘expertise’ meme fest on social media. Namita had a rather positive outlook to her recurring ‘not my expertise’ comment becoming a running joke on the show which she often used to walk out of making deals. As Abhish asked her if she wants this joke to exist anymore, Namita responded saying, “It has happened a lot of times and why not? Bring it on dude! Agar expertise nahi hain, wahan nahi hain.”

Abish also questioned Namita about her playing moderator between the sharks to which she said that if she didn’t do it the shoot time of the show would probably go up from 14 hours a day to 20 hours a day.

Commenting on her habit, shark Peyush Bansal said, “You know women are more organized than men right. She keep us all you know [in check]. Time pe ana hai, agar 10 minutes late ho jaye to mujhe Sony ka darr nahi hai, mujhe Namita ka darr hai (You have to be on time, if you are late by 10 minutes then I am not afraid of Sony but I am afraid of Namita).”

Aman Gupta added that when they were arriving for shoot that day, Pyeush Bansal was running late and called him and asked him to go with him scared that Namita will drop a message because he’s late. Namita admitted that she did post a stinker on the Sharks WhatsApp group as he was late.

Describing Namita in a word, shark Anupam Mittal called Namita an ‘annoying maa’ which made her hide her face. He explained that while everyone loves their mother she can also be a bit annoying at times and so was the case with Namita. She reacted by saying saw this one coming.
