Shark Tank India: When Ashneer Grover revealed the only reason he regrets not investing in Sippline 'glass ka mask'
Ashneer Grover who brutally turned away Sippline glass shield founder Rohit Warrier on Shark Tank India reveals the only reason why he regrets not having invested in the company.
Ashneer Grover losing his cool founder of Sippline ‘glass ka mask’ on Shark Tank India has been one of most talked about moments of the show. The entrepreneur who pitched shield for drinking glasses walked away with no deal from Shark Tank India but Ashneer’s reaction to the pitch definitely incited some hilarious memes online.
The Bharat Pe co-founder was asked in an interview if he by chance regretted rejecting Sippline on Shark Tank by Rohan Joshi and Sahil Shah to which he said, “For the loss of entertainment in my life yes. Main sooch araha hoon, agar main isko galti se bolta main tere mein invest kar raha hoon, tu 5 aur achi cheezein bana ke la, main toh roz haas haas ke pagal toh jata ki bhai ye toh live entertainment chal raha hai mera, but not otherwise.”
Talking about his reaction to the meme fest that started on social media based on his Shark tank insults, Ashneer told the two hosts, “Mujhe to yahi laga ki ghane vele log hain yaar duniya mein. Koi edit kar raha hai kuch, koi snippet leke edit kar raha hai kuch. Main toh apne Shark tank team ko bhi bolta rehta tha ki tumse zayada better editing toh ye karte hain. There’s this one meme on this Deepika Padukone song right? Ultimate level editing and thought right.”
On the show, Ashneer had reacted to Rohit Warrier ’s Sippline saying, ““Yeh jo product hai naa, isse wahiyat product maine zindagi mein naa dekha hai, naa main dekhna chahta hun. Mere ko Bhagwan utha le! Itna ganda product hai yeh. Iske baad main kuchh nahi dekhna chahta life mein.”
Ashneer Grover has became an over night celebrity in the entertainment space after the first season of Shark Tank India. The season concluded after a six weeks run last month but the fandom and excitement around the show hasn’t slowed down yet.
