Shalin Bhanot gets accused of humiliating Rohit Shetty by rejecting latter's Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 offer

While today marks the grand finale of Bigg Boss 16 wherein fans will get to see the winner of the show, yesterday’s (February 11) episode saw Rohit Shetty enter the show to select one of the five finalists for his popular stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 . Rohit gave some challenging stunts to all the housemates namely Shalin Bhanot , Archana Gautam, MC Stan, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary , and Shiv Thakare . By the end of it all, Shalin emerged victorious in all of the tasks and was selected by Rohit for the show but he ended up turning down the same.

Talking about it, after Rohit offered Shalin Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 to Shalin, the latter refused the opportunity by saying that it was his duty to perform all of the stunts that the director gave him. He further added that performing all the stunts under the instruction and command of Shetty was like giving an audition for a film for him. The Do Hanson Ka Joda actor maintained that he could perform all the stunts given to him but he has a phobia of insects and many other forces that one needs to face while participating in Khatron Ke Khiladi.

Rohit Shetty though disappointed seemed to understand this concern by Shalin Bhanot. However, soon after his exit, the other housemates started calling out Shalin for humiliating Rohit by turning down the offer to the show. They were heard telling him that he shouldn’t have done the stunts in the first place since he was not interested to participate in the show. The housemates also said that Shalin has taken the rightful place of Shiv Thakare who badly wanted to grab the show. However, the official social media page of the channel has announced Bhanot as the first confirmed contestant on the show so it is also likely that he has accepted to come on board after a little contemplation.

There are also speculations that Shiv Thakare will also be offered the show since his name was floating around to have grabbed Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. The final competition was between Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Shalin for being selected for the show. Shalin did the stunt quicker than Priyanka and was thus selected.
