Television’s most loved couple Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar on Thursday dropped the good news leaving her fans in awe. The beautiful couple shared that they are expecting their first child via a cute Instagram post which has already got more than 20k likes in just a few minutes. In the post, the couple could be seen twinning in black ensembles and holding a slate with 'mummy& daddy' written on it. In the caption, they wrote, "Hello from Mummy Daddy to be & the BABY!!"

Not only this, but the couple also treated their fans with the baby's ultrasound pic and video. Soon after the post was out on social media, fans and other celebrities reacted with joy. Mouni Roy wrote, "Heartiestttttttt Congratulations," while Aly Goni said, "Mashallah." Nakuul Mehta wrote, “Wohooooo. Anita Hassan Nandani commented, “Woohhhhhoooo congratulations.”

After two years of togetherness, the couple is all set to embrace parenthood. The two tied the knot on 16 July 2021. Disha has announced her wedding with Rahul Vaidya on social media with a note: “With the blessings of our families, we are delighted to share this special moment with you all. We are elated to announce that our wedding is set to take place on the 16th of July, 2021. We seek your love and blessings as we begin this new chapter of love and togetherness (sic).” The wedding was a close-knit affair and took place in the presence of their friends and family. Rahul had proposed to Disha while he was still inside the Bigg Boss 14 house in 2020.

Meanwhile, workwise, Rahul made a mark with his singing and acting skills, Disha is widely known for her lead character, Priya, in the show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2. Disha will reportedly be seen playing the lead role in Ekta Kapoor’s Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3 opposite Nakuul Mehta. Besides this, Rahul and Disha also featured together in a music video titled ‘Prem Kahani.’ ‘Madhanya’ and ‘Yaad Teri’were among other music videos that also featured them.
