'Not a change of heart but..' : Krushna Abhishek confirms his return to The Kapil Sharma Show, reveals what led to the decision

Many fans of The Kapil Sharma Show were left heartbroken after Krushna Abhishek bid farewell to the same in September last year. However, seems like the audience will not have to be upset anymore since Krushna will be back with a bang as Sapna Didi on the show. The confirmation has directly come from the horse’s mouth itself.

Talking about the same, Krushna had left the show due to reportedly monetary differences with the makers. There were loads of speculations of the makers wanting him back on the show but it was being said that the discussions used to hit a roadblock only on the remuneration issue. Well, it now seems that the issues have been resolved and according to a news report in Etimes, Krushna Abhishek will start shooting for The Kapil Sharma Show today (April 24).

Speaking to the publication, Krushna confirmed the news saying, “It’s not a change of heart but a change of contract (laughs!). The contract had several concerns, including money, but all issues have been resolved. The show and the channel are like family, and I am glad to be back.”

Apart from this, the Entertainment actor also said that he has a long-standing relationship with the show and that his character Sapna will be making a smashing entry. Krushna Abhishek highlighted his pure and loving bond with the makers of The Kapil Sharma Show as one of the main reasons of his entry. He also expressed gratitude to the audience who had been asking for his re-entry on the show.

Furthermore, Krushna Abhishek also revealed the reaction of the other cast members of The Kapil Sharma Show on his return. Krushna said that he was hugged and greeted warmly by Kapil Sharma. He further added how Kiku Sharda hugged him and that he spoke with Archana Puran Singh on the phone. Well, we are sure that this will now double the excitement for the show amongst the fans.
