Ranaut on judgment day often gives nominated contestants a chance to save themselves from eviction by revealing any secret. Recently, Azma took up the opportunity to save herself and revealed an unknown chapter of her life. She shared that she duped people of 40-50 lakhs on social media apps that required her to befriend people and entertain them with chats.
Azma said that she wouldn’t get the entire amount, adding that she used to lie to those people and dupe them for money. Further, she justified her actions by claiming that her family’s financial condition wasn’t good and also her auntie was diagnosed with cancer. In addition, her parents are diabetic and her grandmother was suffering from mental health issues, she said adding that she was the sole earner of the family.
Further, the beauty blogger also went on to reveal that her parents only knew that she earns from social media, but had no idea how she used to earn the money. Following her revelation, Kangana asked whether her job was similar to that of Ayushmann Khurrana ’s job in Ekta Kapoor’s film Dream Girl . However, Azma kept silent and did not choose to answer it.
For the unversed, Ayushmann played the role of a cross-gender actor whose female voice impersonation attracted lonely people and depressed people in need of friends. The movie has Nushrratt Bharuccha as the female lead.
Further, Kangana concluded the discussion hoping that people, both inside and outside the show, will not judge Azma for her antics. As a result of her confession, nominated contestant Nisha Rawal was evicted from the show.
