Kapil Sharma's 'khatarnak singing' leaves Shankar Mahadevan, Hariharan impressed: 'Jitna jama kar ke rakha tha, yahi nikal diya'

Kapil Sharma is an ace comedian but his list of impressive talents doesn’t stop there. Recently making headlines for his suave new look, Kapil has shared a video sharing the stage with musical legends Shankar Mahadevan and Hariharan and impressed them with his singing talent.

While Kapil has serenaded his fans on The Kapil Sharma Show often, the comedian had Hariharan and Shankar Mahadevan heaping praises on him as he crooned with the former the famous ghazal ‘Kash Aiesa Koi Manzar Hota’.

In his quintessential style he couldn’t quit joking around after the crowd went berserk hearing his notes as he sang. Kapil told Hariharan, the composer of the song, ‘Ye gawane ke liye main nahi yaad aaya aapko?’ making him laugh out loud. Shankar Mahadevan, on the other hand, called Kapil a ‘khatarnak singer’ as he lauded him for his singing talent while comedian joked, ‘Itna jaama kar ke rakha tha, sara aaj yahin nikal diya.’

Kapil shared the video on his Instagram handle and expressed how honoured he was to have shared stage with the two musicians and artists like Shilpa Rao, Jaspinder Narula, and Anup Jalota.

Kapil will be returning to the TV screen with a new season of The Kapil Sharma Show. The first promo has already dropped ahead of the show’s much anticipated September arrival. While comedians Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh have opted out this season, the show will be seeing the arrival of some new faces and fans are anxious to see how it goes.
